Estelle Reau, food tour designer in Paris

Estelle is a Paris based food tour designer. She has produced over 20 tours in France.

She obtained a master’s degree in business from the Ecole Supérieur de Commerce Extérieur de Paris.

Her career started in the hotel industry. Her first job was at the Ritz in Paris, before starting her first internship in events management at Harrods. She then worked for 12 years at Louvre Hotels Group in the operations team, developing international networks. At the same time, at just 27, she launched Savor France, a food tour company in Lille and Lyon.

Out of a desire for entrepreneurship and to help people discover our beautiful heritage, she created Cocotte Food Tour in 2020, an app that lets you take gourmet getaways while discovering our territory. Just a few months after starting Cocotte, she graduated from Stanford University with a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

With her entrepreneurial spirit and desire to create moments of culinary discovery, she launched Croissant Moment in 2023.
